What ESP / platform do you recommend?
It depends on your stage and business model. For D2C eCommerce we typically recommend Klaviyo. For B2B already on Zoho, Zoho Campaigns is the obvious fit. For B2B HubSpot users, stay in HubSpot. We're platform-agnostic — we'll recommend based on what fits your stack, not what we want to upsell.
I have a small list — is email marketing worth it?
Yes — often more so. Smaller lists are higher-engagement and easier to segment meaningfully. We've delivered strong revenue results for clients with 2,000 subscribers. The key is having genuine purchase intent in the list, not just sheer volume.
How long until I see results?
Lifecycle flows (welcome, cart abandonment) start generating revenue from the day they go live — typically week 3 or 4. Campaign performance compounds over 60–90 days as we test, segment, and refine. Most clients see meaningful revenue contribution from email within the first quarter.
Can you handle SMS and WhatsApp too?
